This guarantee applies to regular-priced and sale items only. Clearance items are final sale and not eligible. Our guarantee is for customers who gave the product a fair try and found it wasn’t the right fit.

How it works

To qualify, your request needs to meet a few simple requirements:

  • Submit your request within 30 days of delivery
  • Return the product to us (we’ll provide the return steps)
  • Used products must have at least 75% remaining
  • Limit one satisfaction-based refund or exchange per customer

What you can choose

Once your return is approved, you can pick the option that makes the most sense:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or
  • An exchange for a product of equal value

What’s not covered

This guarantee doesn’t apply in a few situations:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items (final sale)
  • Requests made after 30 days
  • Products returned with less than 75% remaining
  • Multiple satisfaction claims from the same customer
  • Damage caused by misuse or handling not related to our error
