Shipping, Returns & State Compliance
At this time we only ship within the United States. All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days. We ship via USPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail – you can read more information regarding these shipping methods by clicking here.
Please note that at this time our delivery service (USPS) will not deliver to PO Boxes or Military Bases.
All questions emailed to customer service will be answered as quickly as possible but are guaranteed within 1-2 business days.
Smoky Gardenz Shop uses a USPS address verification system. If your address is not confirmed you will receive an email from our customer service department. In certain cases this may delay your order.
Most products are shipped with a QR code on the label/container that can be used to track the exact Certificate of Analysis for its batch.
Email info@smokymountaincbd.com for any issues or questions you may have about your product. To return your Smoky Mountain product, it must be within 30 days of having received the item. Email us at info@smokymountaincbd.com to get a return label. The seal of the packaging must be unbroken to get a full refund.
Yes. We still ship eligible CBD, CBG, and CBN products to Tennessee.
As of July 1, 2026, certain products are no longer available for shipment to Tennessee. If a product is restricted for your shipping state, the restriction will be applied automatically in your cart or at checkout.
We ship to most U.S. states, but some products are restricted based on state laws. At this time, certain THCa, Delta 8 and Delta 9 products cannot be shipped to select states. Other eligible products may still be available for purchase in those locations.

All BOGO-style coupons (Buy One Get One, Buy 2 Get 1, etc.) require you to add the total number of items — including the free ones — to your cart before checking out. The discount will apply automatically once the correct quantity is in your cart and the code is entered.

Bonus items are not added manually during processing. If the free items aren’t in your cart at checkout, they will not be included in your order.

Our first-time customer BOGO coupon is a great way to try our products! This offer allows you to buy one item and get one free, but it is only valid for one use per billing address on a single item.
Important: This is strictly a Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO) offer. It does not apply to multiple items (e.g., Buy 2 Get 2, Buy 3 Get 3). If more than two items are added to the cart, the discount will still only apply to one free item.
Yes, the BOGO offer does not apply to certain products, including some concentrates, rosin, smalls, and many bulk variants. Specific exclusions include:
